BIO 205 - General Microbiology

Credit Hours: 4
Examines morphology, genetics, physiology, ecology, and control of microorganisms. Emphasizes application of microbiological techniques to selected fields.

Lecture Hours: Lecture 3 hours.
Recitation and Laboratory Hours: laboratory 3 hours.
Semester(s) Offered: Fall Spring Summer
Prerequisites: BIO 101 -BIO 102  and CHM 111 -CHM 112  or equivalent, or permission of instructor. CHM 101 -CHM 102  are acceptable equivalent courses. Credits for CHM 101 -CHM 102  do not count toward the AS in Science degree.
