INT 195 - Topics in Interpreter Education: Introduction to ASL-English InterpretationCredit Hours: 1 Introduces the student to the ASL-English Interpretation AAS degree requirements and other avenues necessary to achieve certification, establishes the standard of work ethic required to successfully complete the curriculum, provides an overview of the requirements typically required to work as an interpreter, and provides for an introduction to and a discussion of the application of the RID Code of Ethics and the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
