BAK 281 - Artisan BreadsCredit Hours: 3 Provides an integrated study of both classical and modern bread baking methods. Focuses on craft baking using simple ingredients to create superior products.
Lecture Hours: Lecture 2 hours per week. Recitation and Laboratory Hours: Laboratory 3 hours per week. Prerequisites: BAK 128 Notes: An additional career and technical education course specific fee of $25.00 per credit hour applies to this course.
