BAK 288 - Health-conscious BakingCredit Hours: 3 Provides students with an understanding of the ingredients and methods used in creating healthy and special needs breads, pastries, cookies, and other desserts.
Lecture Hours: Lecture 2 hours per week. Recitation and Laboratory Hours: Laboratory 3 hours per week. Notes: An additional career and technical education course specific fee of $25.00 per credit hour applies to this course.
