Specializes in career orientation and training program without pay in selected businesses and industry, supervised and coordinated by the college. Provides students with initial hands-on practice in the clinical setting of central sterile service required for provisional certification as a CRCST. Laboratory hours 12 hours. Total 12 hours per week 3 credits

Prerequisites: SDV 101, BIO 145, CSP 101, CSP 107, CSP 205, HLT 105, HLT 143, SUR 150, ENG 111
Corequisites: SUR 100, SUR 135
