Provides a comprehensive study of project management principles, terminology, processes, and knowledge areas aligned with the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Guide. Emphasizes preparation for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification exam through practice questions, case studies, and application of project management concepts. Requires completion of
assignments and assessments that simulate certification exam conditions.
